ITINERARY
DAY ONE: ARRIVAL
Touch down in Tokyo and settle into the city’s incredible energy. Arrive at hotel for 3pm check in (we would recommend everybody arrives early as we will leave promptly for welcome dinner at 6pm). Once everyone’s arrived and checked in, the trip officially kicks off with a welcome dinner, the perfect chance to meet the group, toast to the adventure ahead, and soak in your first evening in Japan.
DAY TWO: TEMPLES & SHIBUYA SKY
Start the morning with breakfast at the hotel before heading out for a guided tour of Tokyo’s beautiful temples. In the afternoon, take in one of the city’s most breathtaking views from Shibuya Sky, then spend the rest of the day exploring the buzzing Shibuya area; full of shops, restaurants, and endless neon charm.
DAY THREE: TSUKIJI MARKET & TEAMLABS
This morning, we’ll visit the famous Tsukiji Fish Market, a must-see Tokyo experience filled with fresh seafood stalls, sizzling street food, and lively local vendors. Wander through and sample some of the best sushi in the world. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in digital wonder at TeamLabs, one of Tokyo’s most stunning interactive art museums. The evening is yours to explore or unwind at your own pace.
DAY FOUR: FREE DAY IN TOKYO
Today is completely free for you to explore Tokyo at your own pace. Whether it’s a shopping day in Harajuku, a ramen-hopping adventure, or a cultural visit to a new neighbourhood, the day is yours. Don’t forget to back your bags up so we can send your bags ahead to Osaka in preparation for tomorrow’s travel.
DAY FIVE: TOKYO > OSAKA
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll take the train to Osaka. Once checked in, it’s time for a hands-on experience with a sushi-making class and lunch. The rest of the afternoon and evening are free to explore Osaka, a city famous for its street food and nightlife.
DAY SIX: FREE DAY IN OSAKA
Enjoy a free day to discover Osaka’s charm at your own pace. Stroll through Dotonbori, visit Osaka Castle, or hunt down the best takoyaki in town. This is your time to soak in the city however you like.
DAY SEVEN: KYOTO & NARA
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll set off early for a day trip to Kyoto, exploring the stunning Bamboo Forest and nearby temples in the morning. Lunch is free for you to enjoy locally before heading to Nara in the afternoon to see the friendly deer and historic temples. It’s a day packed with culture, nature, and timeless beauty.
DAY EIGHT: FAREWELL KARAOKE
Spend your morning at leisure, grab a last-minute souvenir, sip coffee by the river, or relax before the evening festivities. As the trip winds down, we’ll come together for a leaving dinner and karaoke night; the perfect, laughter-filled finale to an unforgettable Japan experience.
DAY NINE: GOODBYE JAPAN
Time to say goodbye! After breakfast and check-out, it’s home time, or the start of your next adventure if you’re continuing your travels.

Your flight should arrive at Haneda airport (HND). We will provide 3 transfers, between 9am and 6pm, if you arrive outside of these times you will need to arrange your own travel.

We recommend all travellers arrive between 12-5pm to ensure time for transfers, to settle into the hotel and take part in the evening group activities and welcome dinner.

Our prices are based on two people sharing a room. closer to the trip date we will have zoom catch ups so everyone can meet and we will pair you with someone or you can request to be paired with a friend if you have booked together. Single occupancy (your own room) is available upon request and incurs a single occupancy fee, subject to availability.

We really want to make sure you are making the most of the trips in the short time we have so we make sure they are full of activities and experiences, but there is also downtime and a free day for you to relax or explore on your own. it is your holiday so don’t feel pressured to stay with the group if you did want to do something alone.
