Within 24 hours of Booking

If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any credit/debit card processing fees, unless your booking was made within 120 days of the trip start date, in which case the standard cancellation terms apply.

Within 120 Days Prior to Trip

Cancellations 120 days or less prior to the trip are 100% non refundable, transfers will be based on OurSuiteLife teams discretion.

Within 120 Days or Earlier

If you cancel more than 120 days before the trip, your payments are non-refundable, but we will issue a credit equal to the amount paid (minus the deposit and processing fees), which can be applied to a future trip with OurSuiteLife.

Trip Confirmation

Once 70% of spots are filled, your trip will be officially confirmed, and all of the cancellation policies above will apply.

If Minimum Spots Are Not Filled
If we are unable to fill at least 70% of the trip spots, the trip will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

TRAVEL INSURANCE 

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before you travel. 

We also advise that you insure against severe weather events, natural disasters, flight delays and cancellations, sickness and injury.
